Do not put tape, tacks, staples, etc. on the walls, columns, floors or ceiling of any structure within the park.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the park. Individuals with alcohol are subject to a fine, immediate eviction and loss of all fees.
Use of grills is permitted however they may not be placed on picnic tables or under a pavilion roof. Grills must never be left unattended. All fires must be wet down and extinguished prior to leaving the park.
There are portable restrooms throughout the park for your use. If you are in need of additional portable restrooms, you are responsible for ordering and paying for them.
No live entertainment is permitted without prior approval from park officials.
Music must not interfere with other guests in the park. You will be asked once to lower it and a second time to turn it off. If a third warning must be given you will be asked to leave the park.
All dogs must be kept on a leash.
Bounce houses are not permitted without prior approval from park officials.
Parking on grass areas is strictly forbidden.
Confetti is not allowed within the park whatsoever.
All trash is to be bagged and placed near trash receptacles.
All decorations, if applicable, in pavilions are to be removed after your event.
Pavilion and tables are to be cleaned prior to leaving.
Grounds surrounding the pavilion are to be cleaned prior to leaving.
No tables are to be removed from the pavilion without prior approval from park officials.
No fireworks of any kind are allowed in Nay Aug Park.
You are responsible for any and all damages to the pavilion and area surrounding. You will be charged for repair and cleanup. Failure to comply will result in charges being filed.
Absolutely no hunting on park premises or surrounding areas.
